Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Bharat Digital Marketing Company, we are committed to delivering exceptional value and results for our clients. Because our services are customized and begin immediately upon engagement, we maintain a clear and transparent refund and cancellation policy as outlined below.

2. Service Nature & Custom Work

Our digital marketing services involve substantial upfront work including research, strategy development, technical setup, and creative production. Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of project completion and the specific circumstances.

3. Website Design & Development

  • Before Project Start: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee if cancellation occurs before any work has commenced
  • During Design Phase: Partial refund based on percentage of work completed. If design concepts have been presented and approved, 50% of the project fee is non-refundable
  • After Development Starts: No refund once development work has begun, as significant resources have been allocated to the project
  • Project Completion: No refund after the website has been delivered and approved by the client

4. SEO & Digital Marketing Services

  • Monthly Retainer Services: Refunds are not provided for completed months of service. Clients may cancel monthly retainers with 30 days written notice
  • One-Time SEO Audits: No refund once the audit report has been delivered. If cancelled before delivery, a 50% refund applies
  • Google Ads Management: Ad spend is non-refundable as it is paid directly to Google. Management fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused portions

5. Google Ads & PPC Campaigns

For Google Ads and Pay-Per-Click campaign management:

  • Ad spend budget is non-refundable as it is paid directly to Google for advertising inventory
  • Management fees for campaigns that have been set up and launched are non-refundable
  • Cancellation of ongoing campaign management requires 15 days written notice

6. Social Media Marketing

  • Content creation and strategy fees for work already delivered are non-refundable
  • Ad spend on social media platforms is non-refundable
  • Monthly management retainers can be cancelled with 30 days notice

7. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a written cancellation request to support@bharatdigital.in
  2. Include your name, company name, Service Agreement number, and reason for cancellation
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, or internet disruptions. In such cases, refunds will not be provided for services that could not be delivered due to force majeure events.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can address your concerns. Most issues can be resolved through open communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through mediation before pursuing legal remedies, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
